In the period from 2001 until 2015, about 250,000 Austrian small and medium-sized enterprises with a total of approximately 440,000 employees are facing the challenge of a successful transfer of their business ownership or a company succession. This roughly corresponds to a quarter of all domestic companies or about 17% of the jobs of the industrial economy. The fact that more than 60% of the businesses that are to be transferred offer less than five employed workers a job, shows that mainly smaller companies are affected by the problem of succession.

The operational handover offers a wealth of:

·        civil,
·        corporate,
·        renting,
·        trade,
·        tax,
·        work and social security,
·        individual business operation,
·        economic
·        and family aspects

that have to be observed.

In the course of a personal meeting, we will find out which criteria you would have to consider and which would be the most effective scenario for your special objectives.
